HK Pirade is a humanitarian specialist with area of expertise include Disaster Management, Disaster Risk Management, Community Development, Education, Project Management Management, Government to Government Development Aid, and Monitoring and Evaluation. He has worked in humanitarian programs, including disaster and emergency response for more than ten years.
